Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: There are no returns on custom orders. All other returns are for new, unused product only and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A return authorization must be requested within 15 days of receipt by e-mailing us at email@example.com. Please type "Return Request" in the subject field and be sure to include your order confirmation and item numbers in the body of your e-mail along with a brief explanation of the problem. There are no refunds offered, only store credit will be issued on returns. Freight on returns is the responsibility of the purchaser. In order to receive credit on a gift order, you must first register on our website.
Q: How do I add more than one promotional code to an order?
A: You can not. Our store policy is to only allow one promotion per order.
